The Ash Joinery Booth makes its structure the decoration. Solid ash side frames, 3.5 cm thick with a gently curved top edge, carry a horizontal timber back, and the tenon ends pass through the side frames where they can be seen. The booth stands on four tapered timber legs and has thick wool-blend seat and back cushions.
Solid timber construction is easy to maintain: scratches and dents can be sanded out and re-oiled on site, and joints can be re-made by a joiner. The design uses no visible metal, which suits Scandinavian and Germanic interiors where honest, legible materials are valued.
We specify the timber species and source we can document for your order. Hidden seat decks are plywood, specified to the destination market's emission requirements. Cushions can be fitted with zip-off covers.
