This booth uses a 4 × 4 cm aluminium tube frame with a bead-blasted matte silver finish, reinforced at each corner with a brass gusset plate. The cushions are held by exposed aluminium clips, so they come off without tools.
Aluminium is light, does not rust and is widely recycled at end of life; producing aluminium from scrap is commonly cited as needing around 5% of the energy of primary production. Those benefits apply to the material in general. For your specific frame, recycled content depends on the extrusion billet, so we specify recycled-content aluminium only where the supplier can document it for your order, and pass that documentation on.
The combination of a separable metal frame and clip-on cushions makes the booth straightforward to repair, re-cover and eventually separate by material.
